Role Description
We’re looking to hire a full-time, in-person
Video Content Editor, Creative Media
in beautiful Westlake, Texas to increase output capacity and elevate the quality and sophistication of our social content across YouTube and all other brand platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, etc).
This is an
editor-first role
focused on turning raw footage into polished, platform-ready video content across long-form YouTube and short-form social.
You’ll report directly to the Creative Media & Marketing Manager and work closely within a fast-moving creative team.
Projects will start with clear direction upfront, then you’ll take it from there—owning the edit from raw footage through final delivery. The goal is speed + quality without getting stuck in endless back-and-forth. Feedback will be grouped and given clearly, not trickled in one note at a time.
You’ll have a lot of creative liberty in how you build the edit—pacing, structure, motion, sound, all of it—but we’ll stay aligned on the core story and final direction.
We expect this role to stay current with modern tools and workflows—including AI-assisted editing, automation tools, and platform-native features—to speed up production and improve output quality.
You own the execution, and final content and creative sign-off sits with leadership.

Core Function
The hire will own post-production execution, including:
Editing long-form YouTube content with strong pacing and retention focus
Producing short-form social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
Adding motion graphics, VFX, SFX, and titles to support storytelling
Basic audio correction, cleanup, balancing, and sound design within edits
Maintaining consistent visual and narrative quality across content
Supporting post-production workflow (organization, exports, delivery)
Occasional assistance on shoots (camera support, audio capture, general production help)
Required Profile
2–4 years professional editing experience
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro
Comfortable in
After Effects
Experience editing for YouTube and social platforms
Comfortable with basic audio editing and SFX integration
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention
Comfortable leveraging A.I. and automation to improve speed and quality.
