Job Description

Representative Duties/Assignments :
Schedules, coordinates, and confirms availability of all Full Time, Part Time and On-Call Event Utilities staff to meet event requirements.
Maintains staff roster with contact information and cumulative hours of availability.
Prepares daily scheduling rosters for Event Utilities both the West Building and N/S Building.
Reviews of the daily fact sheet, show-related correspondence and event manifests to be able to effectively address concerns presented by staff.
Establishes relationships and works effectively with internal and external department representatives.
Meets the Center of Hospitality (COH) standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :
Graduation from high school or equivalent and two years of responsible administrative or customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Must be able to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay Grade: 409/410 - From $18.00 to $20.00
