We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support the development and execution of G&G's commercial messaging and campaign initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional marketing communications, contributing to structured campaigns, sales-enablement content, and vertical market messaging that help drive specification influence, strengthen rep effectiveness, and support national account growth.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling content and campaigns. This position is well-suited for a marketing professional with a few years of experience who is eager to build expertise in campaign execution, messaging development, and sales support within a growing organization.

Who will I report to? Director of Marketing

What roles am I accountable for?

Campaign Execution

Execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email campaigns and nurture sequences
Build and manage campaign workflows, lists, and segmentation within marketing automation platforms
Create and update landing pages and supporting campaign assets
Messaging & Content Support

Support the development and execution of vertical market and persona-based messaging (e.g., food processing, transit, maintenance facilities)
Assist in translating technical product features into clear, customer-facing messaging
Ensure consistency across marketing materials and communications
Performance Tracking

Track and report on campaign performance, including email metrics and engagement data
Support ongoing optimization of campaigns through updates to messaging, targeting, and execution
Content Creation

Develop and update sales and marketing content, including case studies, application briefs, and campaign materials
Maintain and organize marketing content for internal and external use
Sales & Channel Support

Assist in developing "campaign-in-a-box" tools for independent rep agencies
Support distributor and OEM sales channels with content and campaign materials
Collaborate with sales teams to support ongoing outreach and pipeline activities
Technical Marketing Support

Assist with marketing efforts that support engineering specifications and follow-up campaigns
Develop content for technical audiences, including engineers and operators
What does success look like?

Success in this role means campaigns are running consistently across priority vertical markets, with sales teams and rep agencies actively using marketing content in their day-to-day execution. Messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned to application-level value, ensuring it resonates with technical and commercial audiences. Over time, marketing becomes a measurable contributor to the business, influencing pipeline development, increasing specifier engagement, and strengthening positioning within key accounts.

What will I need to succeed?

Must align with our Core Values
Must have 3-5 years of experience marketing technical or industrial B2B products that require explanation and involve engineers, operations teams, buyers, distributors, reps, or OEM channels.
Hands-on experience building and executing email campaigns using a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
Ability to create sales-enablement content such as case studies, application briefs, and customer-facing messaging.
Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear, application-level customer value.
Experience supporting sales teams, distributors, or rep networks.
Ability to develop messaging for technical and commercial audiences (e.g., engineers, operators, buyers).
Comfortable collaborating directly with sales leadership on messaging and campaign priorities.
