We're seeking a proactive self-starter who naturally brings innovative solutions to the table. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across various channels, with a heavy emphasis on experimentation, optimization, and scaling to achieve sustainable business expansion; essentially, the primary goal is to find repeatable methods to attract and retain customers for a SaaS product using a data-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning : Identifying target markets, developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and setting KPIs to measure success.

Campaign Execution : Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels like paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.

Lead Generation : Designing and implementing lead generation initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.

Customer Acquisition : Optimizing the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups.

Customer Retention : Implementing strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers.

Data Analysis & Reporting : Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools, extracting actionable insights, and making data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.

A/B Testing & Experimentation : Continuously testing different marketing approaches to identify the most effective tactics for maximizing ROI.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Working closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience as a SaaS growth marketing professional

Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle

Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics

Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics

Data analysis and interpretation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience with marketing automation tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to think creatively and experiment with new marketing strategies
