The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative support to ensure business development objectives are met, acting as a central point of contact across teams for marketing needs. You will ensure adherence to business development and marketing processes and assist the Marketing Manager with accurate, timely proposals, advertising, press releases, statements, and ad copy.

Working Relationships:
This role will regularly interact and collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Business Development team members, and Project Management teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with the departments of Preconstruction and Estimating, Risk Management, and TEAM Talent.

Key Accountabilities:

Assist with the creation, coordination and production of proposals, Corporate Capability Statements, SOQ's, RFQs, and RFPs for submission.

Assist with the management and creation of the Intake Process.

Brand management & consistency

Regular maintenance of company website and social media

Assist in the development of objectives and strategies in support of overall corporate business development goals.

Executive support to the EVP of Business Development

Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction

Requirements
Education and Experience:

Minimum four-year marketing and/or communication degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Good working knowledge of language used in relevant market

Excellent organization, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills

Proficient in AP style writing, creating copy, and proficient using Adobe software, particularly InDesign

Ability to work independently, skilled in proof reading, and grammar

Knowledge of WordPress (website software) to maintain the company website

Summary

This position requires long periods of sitting while working on the computer.

Works indoors in an office setting with moderate noise levels and near others, frequent interactions with others.

When on a job site, this position may be exposed to conditions that include weather such as heat and/or humidity and cold, fumes or airborne particles, exposure to dust, and moving mechanical parts.

Requires routine travel to meet with customers, potential clients, and Business Development events.
