Job Title: Sales Development Director – Bespoke Luxury Automotive (HNWI)
- Location: (Orlando / Hybrid / Remote with some travel) – all considered
Role Summary
- This is not a lead-fed sales role.
- We are looking for a proven hunter to originate, develop, and close their own pipeline of high-net-worth clients for bespoke, design-led automotive builds. You will be responsible for creating demand, building relationships, and converting opportunities into high-value commissions.
- You own the lead generation strategy. We provide the brand, product, and delivery capability.
What You’ll Do
- Generate your own leads through outreach, events, partnerships, and personal network
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified HNWI buyers
- Operate in affluent environments (concours, private clubs, collector circles, curated events)
- Lead a consultative sales process—translating lifestyle, taste, and vision into a commissioned vehicle
- Present and sell a premium, bespoke product with confidence and authority
- Close deals within defined pricing and contractual frameworks ("tram lines")
- Maintain visibility of all activity and pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover from sale to build
- Full autonomy on lead generation — how you source opportunities is up to you
- Full transparency ("open book") — all pipeline activity, sources, and progress are visible
- Defined boundaries — pricing, margins, and contract structure are fixed and non-negotiable
- Performance-led environment — results matter more than process
Key KPIs
- New HNWI clients acquired
- Total revenue closed (primary KPI)
- Pipeline value and conversion rate
- Self-generated leads (volume and quality)
- Time-to-close and deal velocity
What You Bring
- Proven track record closing high-value deals ($150k+ ideally)
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads (not reliant on marketing)
- Strong access—or credible path—to HNWI networks
- Confidence operating in premium/luxury environments
- High urgency, resilience, and accountability
- Ability to sell emotionally and visually, not just technically
