About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven, execution‑focused Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Terros’ marketing efforts across both customer acquisition and product engagement.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We need someone who combines strong marketing fundamentals with a deep passion for AI, automation, and building intelligent systems. The ideal candidate is obsessed with learning and applying the latest AI technologies and understands how to leverage AI and agentic workflows to dramatically improve execution, creativity, efficiency, and scale.
You will serve as the central marketing operator across the organization — working closely with leadership, sales, product, engineering, customer success, and operations to drive measurable business growth.
This role requires someone who can think strategically while also executing quickly and independently. As a startup, wearing multiple hats is expected. Over time, this role is expected to grow into building and leading a larger internal marketing team, with strong long‑term leadership and CMO‑track potential for the right person.
This is an in‑person role based in Irvine, California.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Demand Generation
- Build and execute Terros’ overall B2B growth marketing strategy
- Drive inbound lead generation across paid, organic, referral, outbound, and partnership channels
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences using Mailchimp
- Build and scale customer referral programs to increase customer‑driven lead acquisition
- Develop creative growth strategies and go‑to‑market campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
- Partner closely with sales leadership to improve pipeline generation and conversion
Product & Customer Marketing
- Drive adoption of new and existing product features
- Build internal marketing campaigns promoting feature releases, updates, and monetization opportunities
- Manage in‑app campaigns and monetization initiatives through RevenueCat
- Improve in‑app purchase conversion and customer retention
- Create customer‑facing content including:
- One‑pagers
- Product announcements
- Feature launch materials
- Onboarding content
- Sales enablement collateral
- Educational and support materials
AI, Automation & Marketing Operations
- Develop AI‑powered marketing workflows, automations, and internal agent systems
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI across marketing, customer communication, analytics, reporting, and operations
- Build scalable AI‑assisted systems that improve execution speed and operational efficiency
- Utilize AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate:
- Content creation
- Campaign execution
- Customer segmentation
- Reporting and analysis
- Competitive research
- Internal communication
- Product marketing
- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and marketing tools
- Help shape how AI is integrated throughout Terros as an AI‑first company
Events & Brand Presence
- Plan and coordinate Terros presence at conventions, conferences, and trade shows
- Manage booth strategy, event collateral, lead capture, and follow‑up workflows
- Help strengthen and evolve Terros’ brand positioning within the market
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience working in SaaS, startup, technology, or high‑growth environments
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy and execution
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and marketing funnels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams
- Strong writing and content creation abilities
- Strong organizational skills with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in fast‑moving startup environments with evolving priorities
- Deep interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp, and RevenueCat
- Experience driving subscription monetization and retention initiatives
- Experience building AI automations, workflows, or agentic systems
- Familiarity with referral marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns
- Experience with trade show or event marketing
- Basic design, video editing, or creative production capabilities
- Experience managing freelancers or external creative resources
