Our client is seeking a strategic, data-driven, hands-on Digital Advertising Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital advertising initiatives across global business lines. This role will be a key member of the marketing operations function, responsible for shaping paid media strategy, improving lead generation performance, and establishing best practices that support scalable growth. The role is 50/50 strategy and execution.
The Digital Advertising Manager will oversee campaign planning and execution across paid search, display, and paid social channels while partnering closely with internal marketing teams to align advertising efforts with broader business goals. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management experience and is comfortable using performance data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage global digital advertising strategies across multiple business segments
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize evergreen and campaign-specific paid media programs
Partner with marketing teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, calls to action, and budgets
Build and manage custom audiences, conversion tracking, and channel-specific campaign structures
Drive measurable results in lead generation, new contact acquisition, and broader funnel performance
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to maximize return on investment
Measure, analyze, and report on key performance indicators and campaign outcomes
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for digital advertising tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Identify and test emerging channels, tools, and advertising opportunities to support future growth
Help establish governance, standards, and best practices that improve efficiency and consistency across digital programs
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital advertising or paid media management
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads required
Experience with Google Tag Manager preferred Knowledge of Reddit Ads is a plus B2B marketing experience preferred eCommerce experience preferred Construction or industrial industry experience preferred
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present advertising strategies and performance results to senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across teams and functions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning complex product offerings quickly
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field required
