We’re partnering with a well-known, values-driven brand to find a Creative Director who is equal parts visionary, storyteller, and hands-on creative leader. This role is fully onsite in Lakeland, FL, and offers the opportunity to shape high-impact campaigns that reach millions across both traditional and digital channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including Art Directors, Copywriters, and other creatives
  • Drive the visual and storytelling direction across campaigns, ensuring strong, consistent brand expression
  • Oversee creative across broadcast, digital, social, and in-store channels, with a strong focus on video and motion-driven content
  • Guide the development of concepts from ideation through execution, including scripting, storyboarding, and visual direction
  • Partner closely with marketing, media, and production teams to deliver strategic, audience-driven work that drives results
  • Review and refine creative to ensure storytelling excellence and brand consistency
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and development opportunities to grow creative talent


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or senior-level creative leader
  • A strong storyteller with the ability to translate strategy into compelling, emotionally resonant creative
  • Experience across both traditional (broadcast) and digital channels, with a deep understanding of how to connect the two
  • Hands-on experience with video production, motion graphics, and directing shoots
  • Strong understanding of the full creative process, from concepting and copy to design, animation, and final execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making
