What you'll do:
Oversee the CCS Design Studio and serve as the primary resource for residents selecting custom options and finishes for their apartment units. Deliver a personal, high-quality experience for every resident while providing superior customer care and support throughout the full design, renovation, and finish process.
Resident Consultations and Finish Selections:
Consult with incoming residents to guide them through selecting custom options and finished for their new residence. Collaborate with current residents - whether transitioning to a new unit or updating their existing space - to identifying the right custom finish selections. Work with owners to specify finishes for "Ready-to-Move" and model units.
Window Coverings and Product Management
Sell and order a full line of window coverings and coordinate field measurements and installation scheduling. Monitor and evaluate all product offerings on a continuous basis to ensure selections remain current, competitive, and aligned with resident needs.
Scheduling and Team Communication
Provide support to the Design Studio Manager with meetings, scheduling and communication to achieve the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate with office and field staff to coordinate schedules and ensure a seamless experience for all residents.
