Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsible for managing the end‑to‑end customer journey—from first touch to repeat appointment and long‑term loyalty. Drives retention, increases lifetime value, and ensures personalized client interactions aligned with the brand. Manages CRM strategy and execution across email, SMS, and other owned channels, partnering closely with growth, brand, and operations to convert new clients into loyal, repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Strategy & Execution

Develop and manage and evolve JECT’s lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
Build and optimize key customer journeys: lead nurture, first appointment, post‑treatment, rebooking, and winback.
Create a seamless, personalized experience across the full customer lifecycle, crafting copy that aligns with brand voice and serves clear purposes for specific audience segments.
Retention & Loyalty

Drive repeat bookings and increase client lifetime value.
Develop strategies to strengthen loyalty, engagement, and frequency of visits.
Identify key moments to educate clients on treatments, memberships, and offerings.
Campaign & Email Management

Work with CMO and Director of Growth Marketing and team to plan and execute ongoing campaigns (promotions, launches, seasonal moments).
Build and manage email drip campaigns and automations in HubSpot and Zenoti, JECT’s point‑of‑sale platform, for post‑visit follow‑up and client communications.
Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure messaging is elevated and on‑brand with education and value‑driven storytelling.
Design and execute A/B tests across email, landing pages and SMS, including subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send timing, and apply learnings to improve performance over time.
Website & Landing Page Management

Support on‑site conversion optimization, including lead capture forms, booking flow touchpoints, and continuity between owned channels and the website experience.
Support the setup and optimization of landing page templates in HubSpot for lead generation, implementing CRO strategies to improve conversion.
Build and refine audience segmentation strategies based on behavior, preferences, and treatment history.
Leverage data to deliver more relevant, personalized communications across all owned channels.
Performance & Optimization

Track and analyze performance across lifecycle and content channels using tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot, reporting on conversion, retention, and revenue metrics.
Continuously test and optimize messaging, timing, and channel mix to drive loyalty & retention.
Identify opportunities to improve the conversion from lead → appointment → repeat client & loyalty.
Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
Collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing on cross‑channel strategy and reporting to ensure lifecycle efforts are connected to broader growth goals.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with growth to improve lead quality and nurture flows.
Work with operations to align communications with store priorities and needs.
Collaborate closely with full marketing team on copywriting, content strategy, and broader marketing initiatives.
Partner with agencies as needed to support and scale marketing efforts.
Qualifications

4–7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
Hands‑on experience with email and SMS platforms; HubSpot experience strongly preferred, Zenoti familiarity a plus
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and automation
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Familiarity with CRO principles and A/B testing methodologies across email and web
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable optimizations
Comfortable working across Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar reporting tools
Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness is a plus
Strong copywriting skills with an ability to adapt to brand voice across channels
