Overview
Do Good Crew is seeking a high-impact sales and business development candidate to drive sponsorship and brand partnership revenue across its growing media and live platform - including a flagship podcast hosted by David Begnaud, a curated newsletter, and in‑person community events.

This role is for a relationship‑driven commercial individual who understands how to translate purpose‑driven storytelling into meaningful brand partnerships - and who thrives selling into senior marketing, brand, and ESG decision‑makers at leading national and global companies.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, experiential sponsorships, or integrated marketing and has successfully closed six‑ and seven‑figure sponsorships with blue‑chip brands.

What This Person Will Drive
1. Sponsorship Revenue Growth

Build and execute a sponsorship strategy across digital, podcast, newsletter, and live events - Identify, pursue, and close new brand partnerships aligned with Do Good Crew’s mission

Structure multi‑platform integrated deals (audio + digital + live experiences)

Drive annual and multi‑year sponsorship agreements

2. Brand Relationship Development

Cultivate relationships with CMOs, brand marketing leaders, CSR heads, and agency decision‑makers - Position Do Good as a premium, purpose‑aligned platform for brand storytelling

Develop a pipeline of mission‑aligned brands across sectors (consumer, financial services, healthcare, tech, retail, travel, etc.)

3. Strategic Partnership Packaging

Develop compelling sponsorship decks and narrative positioning

Price and package inventory across media formats

Collaborate on custom content integrations that feel authentic and mission‑aligned

4. Event Monetization

Secure presenting sponsors and category exclusives for live events

Create tiered sponsorship packages (title, supporting, experience‑based)

Work cross‑functionally to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed at a high standard

Ideal Background

7+ years in:

Media sales (podcast, digital, newsletter, broadcast)

Experiential sponsorship sales

Brand partnerships or integrated marketing

Track record of closing $250K–$1M+ annual sponsorship deals

Experience selling to:

Fortune 1000 brands

Agency holding companies

CSR/impact marketing teams

Existing relationships with brand marketers and/or agencies strongly preferred

Has helped scale revenue at an early‑stage media company

Experience in purpose‑driven or socially impactful platforms

Has sold around live events or curated community experiences

Understands how to balance authenticity with commercialization

First 12 Months Success Metrics

Build $1 million+ sponsorship pipeline

Close 5–10 anchor brand partners

Establish at least 2–3 multi‑platform annual partnerships

Secure lead sponsors for flagship live events

Develop repeatable sponsorship packages and pricing framework
