As the Marketing Executive for Chick-fil-A S. Clearview, my primary responsibility is to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and ultimately, increase sales through strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a keen understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand, its core values, and the local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Align the calendar with local events, holidays, and business objectives.

Conduct monthly meetings with the Operator to review the marketing calendar and assess its effectiveness.

Actively participate in all Leadership meetings to share marketing insights and seek input.

Foster strong relationships with other top leaders to coordinate marketing efforts.

Conceptualize and execute a variety of in-restaurant events, such as food sampling, giveaways, and community partnerships.

Ensure events are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

Utilize event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License

Open Availability

Proven experience in catering or restaurant operations

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
