7+ years of marketing leadership experience

Demonstrated success leading and developing internal creative teams

Strong background in brand and creative marketing

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with performance marketing teams

Experience in consumer marketing with a digital focus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer service industries preferred

Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities and a record of building creative infrastructure in high-growth environments

Director of Creative Marketing Preferred Background & Skills

Background with consumer healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or multi-site consumer brands

Experience growing brands nationally or across multiple markets

Prior in-house leadership of creative teams, not just managing external agencies

Ability to balance creative vision with performance-driven marketing

Director of Creative Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead creative marketing and brand strategy for multiple markets

Oversee and develop the internal creative team, fostering collaboration and creativity

Partner closely with performance marketing, sales, and operations to support patient acquisition and growth efforts

Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels and campaigns

Guide digital, paid media, social, and referral campaign creative development

Analyze campaign effectiveness to refine strategy and execution

Work directly with executive leadership on brand positioning and long-term growth
