Sales Manager Role

Lead and oversee a busy sales department—including Sales Executives, the Business Manager, and administrative team members—reporting directly to the General Manager

Manage the team to deliver a seamless sales process while maintaining close customer engagement throughout the vehicle purchase journey

Ensure adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards, including compliance with FCA and financial regulations

Set and exceed targets for unit sales, finance penetration, and additional aftermarket products

Coach, develop, and mentor the sales team, using structured training and performance management to boost individual and team effectiveness

Sales Manager Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within a successful car dealership environment

Full UK driving licence.

Self‑motivated, driven, and passionate about leadership and team success in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
