Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of a dermatologist founded, clinically driven skincare brand with global reach. Working closely with deeply involved Founders and senior leadership, you will bring meaningful, science-backed innovation to market in a way that is modern, accessible, and credible. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy and hands on creation, strengthening core franchises, stewarding a high integrity portfolio, and building products and campaigns that deliver real results for skin.
What You Will Do
Brand, Portfolio & Innovation Leadership
- Contribute to multiyear brand and portfolio strategies in partnership with senior leadership, grounded in consumer insight, category dynamics, and commercial performance.
- Help lead end to end new product development from concept through launch, including gate processes, development milestones, regulatory, and launch readiness.
- Partner closely with Product Development, and cross functional teams to evaluate innovation ideas, positioning, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Founders and senior leadership to ensure alignment on innovation direction, product expression, and campaign intent.
Portfolio Governance & Sustainability
- Lead ongoing portfolio governance, including disciplined add / delete decisions, in partnership with senior leadership, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Own regular portfolio reviews assessing performance, strategic relevance, and brand fit.
- Partner cross functionally to evolve the existing portfolio through sustainability driven updates, including packaging, materials, and compliance related enhancements.
Launch & Core Campaign Leadership
- Help lead new product launches and core brand campaigns from brief through final delivery.
- Partner with Creative and Brand teams to shape campaign strategy, messaging frameworks, and asset needs.
- Own launch and campaign workflows, including briefs, asset development, timelines, approvals, and delivery.
- Manage day to day agency relationships and oversee global launch and campaign toolkits to ensure markets are fully launch ready.
Integrated Go to Market & Performance
- Work cross functionally with Retail, Professional, Digital, Regional, and International teams to support successful global launches.
- Track and evaluate KPIs for launches and campaigns, using insights to inform optimization and future decisions.
- Manage assigned portions of marketing budgets, forecasting, and post launch performance readouts, balancing brand ambition with commercial realities.
- You will perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Credible leader able to influence cross‑functionally; hands‑on, structured, and executive‑ready.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10–13+ years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, and innovation, preferably within prestige or clinically positioned skincare.
- Demonstrated passion for skincare, ingredients, formulations, with strong curiosity around emerging science and category shifts.
- Ability to translate complex scientific and ingredient led concepts into clear, approachable consumer understanding.
- Strong awareness of clinical skincare standards and regulatory considerations.
