Description
A growing company is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator to take full ownership of social media while supporting broader marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic, generalist role for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable balancing content creation with operational responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while collaborating across teams.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content Creation
Film, edit, and post short‑form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
Create engaging static content including carousels and graphics
Manage social media channels, including posting, captions, and light community engagement
Design & Marketing Collateral
Design banners, flyers, and other marketing materials
Create one‑off assets to support campaigns, launches, and events
Marketing Operations & Support
Help plan and coordinate expos and events (logistics, scheduling, vendor outreach)
Assist with travel coordination for the sales team (flights, hotels, etc.)
Keep marketing projects organized and on track
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams
Ensure alignment on campaigns, timelines, and collateral needs
Requirements
Strong experience with short‑form video creation and editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Comfortable on camera or directing others on camera
Solid design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, B2B, or real estate‑related industries
Prior experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑functional marketing role
