Motlow is seeking a TSBDC Director to oversee all operations of the SBDC, including strategic planning and team leadership. This is a full-time position contingent on annual grant funding, responsible for delivering programs to the service area that spans 7 counties in rural eastern Tennessee.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, ten years of senior business experience, and certification as a Certified Business Counselor. Proficiency in relevant software is required.
