Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with a major in accounting, finance or economics, business administration, risk management or equivalent experience is preferred
- 8+ years of financial service experience in vendor management / supplier oversight, controls, risk management, or compliance‑related functions preferred
- Candidates should be action oriented with a focus on results, display strong analytical skills, be able to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills (both oral and written) are required as the role will interact with JPMC and Supplier personnel at various levels
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Proactively monitor supplier adherence to contractual requirements, policies and procedures and analyze and communicate impact of risks and losses (actual and potential)
- Participate in, and where needed, implement cross‑functional initiatives to drive change
