The leader will serve as the primary strategic partner to our non‑U.S. leaders, ensuring seamless alignment across our global tax footprint—including over 135 legal entities—and will lead the tax integration of a recent major acquisition, harmonizing tax operations across newly acquired subsidiaries in 30+ non‑U.S. jurisdictions.

- Manage global transfer pricing documentation (Master File/Local Files) and oversee controversy defense for international tax‑related matters.

- Assist with the review of non‑U.S. quarterly ASC 740 US GAAP tax provisions, ensuring a bridge between local controllers and the U.S. consolidated global tax provision.

- Tax Reporting & Compliance to communicate tax risks and opportunities to the CFO and Board of Directors.
- Foster strong relationships with foreign controllers, regional finance heads, and external advisors in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Manage a multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed team, promoting professional development and technical excellence.
- Lead tax due diligence and structuring for future M&A activities and oversee international tax audits.
- Assist with Sarbanes–Oxley compliance by adhering to internal controls supported by detailed work plans, procedures, and narratives reviewed quarterly by RRD's internal audit department and external audit firm.
