This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.

Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.

Overview

Publicis Groupe’s Constellation team is seeking a Senior Vice President of Social with deep expertise in driving growth across US and Global clients.

As the key social leader working across the client and Constellation teams, the SVP Social will live at the intersection of media, creative, analytics and content, creating and driving the breakthrough social strategies that drive brand engagement and deliver real business results.

Ideal candidates bring experience in Telco, Consumer Electronics or Retail, and excel at helping brands connect with customers through all aspects of social, including deep expertise in Organic Social, Media/Paid Social, Influencer and Creator, Social Measurement, Social Commerce and Social Operations, across the entire customer lifecycle.

As SVP Social, you’ll be the go-to working with several teams across a large integrated account with multiple sub-brands and workstreams. You’ll be expected to drive integrated social campaign strategies and operations, and proactively identify organic growth opportunities across social while shaping thought leadership for the client and Constellation as an agency.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, the role demands proven experience around articulating “big picture” social strategy, using proprietary audience data to inform go to market plans, integrating paid social with influencer/creator, and connecting social back to sales.

Strategic Social Program Development & Execution

  • Develop and own the overarching social strategy for the client across US and Global markets, spanning Paid Social, Organic Social, Influencer, Affiliate Creator, Social Commerce, and Social Operations
  • Help drive connection especially between Paid Social and Influencer programs and teams, with a focus on lower funnel consideration and sales
  • Lead the creation of integrated social campaign frameworks that ladder up to brand and business objectives, ensuring consistency across multiple sub-brands and workstreams
  • Translate brand positioning and audience insights into compelling, channel-native social programs that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across the full customer lifecycle
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, formats, and cultural trends, proactively recommending innovation opportunities to keep Samsung at the forefront of social

Client Leadership & Executive Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for the client's social marketing leadership, building trusted advisor relationships with VP+ and C-suite stakeholders
  • Communicate complex social strategies and performance narratives clearly and persuasively to senior executives, translating data into business impact
  • Partner with clients to align social investment priorities with broader marketing and business goals, facilitating executive-level planning sessions and QBRs
  • Navigate matrixed client organizations with confidence, driving alignment across sub-brands, local/regional markets, and global teams

Data-Driven Consumer & Market Insights

  • Leverage proprietary audience data, social listening tools, and first-party signals to inform go-to-market strategies and audience targeting approaches
  • Direct ongoing consumer research and social trend analysis to identify audience behavior shifts, competitive white space, and cultural moments relevant to Samsung
  • Champion the use of data to personalize content and messaging strategies across social platforms and audience segments
  • Synthesize insights across paid, organic, and influencer channels to build a unified understanding of the client's consumer journey on social

Performance, Optimization & Experimentation

  • Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks that connect social activity to business outcomes including sales, share, and brand equity
  • Oversee a continuous test-and-learn agenda across creative, targeting, bidding, and content formats to improve performance and efficiency over time
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop attribution models that accurately capture social's contribution across the funnel
  • Present regular performance reviews and optimization recommendations to clients, proactively flagging risks and identifying opportunities

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, CRM, and innovation teams to ensure social is fully integrated into broader campaign and channel planning
  • Lead alignment between paid social and influencer/creator programs, ensuring cohesive storytelling and efficient use of content across distribution channels
  • Work with global and regional teams to adapt social strategies for local markets while maintaining brand consistency and strategic coherence
  • Partner with platform teams (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.) and external vendors to access betas, negotiate partnerships, and unlock new capabilities for Samsung

Team Leadership & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to new business efforts and organic growth initiatives by bringing a sharp, forward-looking social perspective to pitches and proposals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social strategists and analysts fostering a culture of excellence and hybrid craft skillsets
  • Set the standard for social excellence within Constellation, establishing best practices, playbooks, and ways of working that elevate the entire team's output
  • Represent Constellation/Publicis Groupe externally through speaking engagements, industry panels, and published points of view on the future of social marketing
  • Work on-site in Plano, Texas with US clients, becoming embedded with key leadership and a go-to resource as needed
  • Infrequent Travel to Korea to spend time on-site with key global stakeholder clients to deepen relationship and uncover organic growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in social media strategy and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at an agency or brand driving growth in social strategy and operations
  • Proven track record managing large, complex accounts in Telco, Consumer Electronics, or Retail
  • Skilled with working inside of platforms like Epsilon (data), Influential (influencer), Sprinklr (social CMS)
  • Working experience with tools like Audiense, Pulsar, GWI and MRI for deep audience analysis and trends
  • Deep expertise across Paid Social, Organic Social, Influencer/Creator marketing, Social Commerce, Affiliate Creators, and Social Measurement
  • Strong command of data, analytics, and attribution methodologies with hands‑on experience using social listening and measurement platforms
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at the C-suite level
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience working across large scale global and regional social programs

Compensation Range: $180,215- $299,637 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
