Retail Banking Offer Strategist
Responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of targeted initiatives to grow the bank's deposit portfolio, with a primary focus on cash incentives and promotional offers. This role integrates product management, growth marketing, competitive analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making to drive customer acquisition, enhance engagement, and increase long‑term customer value.

Responsibilities

Design and manage incentive programs such as account opening bonuses and referral rewards to drive new customer growth.

Develop targeting strategies, eligibility criteria, and financial models to optimize ROI, CPA, CLV, and customer quality.

Collaborate across teams to launch, monitor, and evaluate offers while ensuring financial viability, risk alignment, and compliance.

Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel performance reviews to improve offer effectiveness and product adoption.

Use insights and market intelligence to guide product enhancements, promotional strategies, and strategic recommendations.

Benchmark competitor offers and industry trends to identify gaps, opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and managing cash offers or promotional programs.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or PowerBI.

Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research.

Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Deep understanding of deposit products and consumer banking trends.

Strong financial acumen, with the ability to assess program profitability and optimize for long‑term value.

Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including product strategy, finance, legal, and risk management.

Ability to synthesize market intelligence into actionable strategies that support competitive positioning.

Comfort presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and influencing decision‑making.

Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

Solid PC skills with spreadsheet and word processing software, including ability to function proficiently in a Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
