Location: The Elmont El Paso, TX
Pay: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Duties/Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Social Media Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
Plan, create, and publish content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
Attend concerts, swim club events, and activations to capture real time content
Shoot high quality photos and short form videos during live events
Edit and produce content for Reels, Stories, TikTok, and promotional posts
Maintain and evolve The Elmont's brand voice and visual identity
Stay ahead of social media trends, music culture, and platform updates
Collaborate with internal teams, promoters, and talent on campaigns and announcements
Engage with our audience through comments and messages when appropriate
Maintain a content calendar and track performance metrics
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be over the age of 18.
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience managing social media accounts, preferably in hospitality, events, nightlife, or entertainment
Strong understanding of short form video and social trends
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and live events
Ability to work independently in fast paced, high-energy environments
Experience capturing and editing content using phone or camera, including tools such as CapCut, Adobe, or Final Cut
Strong writing skills with engaging and on brand tone
Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
Must live in the El Paso area
Working Conditions:
This role requires physical activity, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and occasional climbing. The position may also require lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors throughout The Elmont property, including the swim club, restaurant, and event spaces. The work environment can vary depending on events and weather conditions. Noise levels are typically moderate but may be higher during concerts and live events.
