Overview

We're looking for an Associate Media Planner who'll support the team in bringing transformational media initiatives to life. You'll handle a range of tasks and develop skills alongside industry leaders.
Responsibilities

Gathering information during the media buying and strategy stage requiring research and organization skills
Mastering media research tools such as MRI, @plan, Scarborough, AdRelevance and CMR to identify the best available data
Managing Requests for Proposal and assuming full responsibility for executing approved media buys
Inputting data into presentation formats like PowerPoint, Prezi and Keynote
Organizing and overseeing the trafficking and implementation process of web creative, monitoring campaign delivery, and compiling reporting
Qualifications

Four years of college education and one to three years of office experience, preferably at a communications-related company or creative agency
Advanced computer skills and an intuitive understanding of the digital tools reshaping media and advertising
Effective time-management, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized amid many moving parts
Strong communication skills - straightforward, candid, thoughtful, and kind
Proficiency in managing numbers and fluency in Excel
A passion for media and a motivation to learn and improve continuously
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E or Midjourney is a plus
Benefits & Compensation

Compensation Range: $50,065-$63,200 annually. Pay is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. Temporary roles may qualify for the company medical plan and 401(k) under specific criteria.
