Essential Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Possession of excellent communication (verbal, written) and math skills. Working practical knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Demonstrated creativity in producing successful marketing campaigns, including electronic and printed materials. Working knowledge of best practices in website design and maintenance. Fundamental understanding of graphic design concepts.
Preferred Qualifications: Master of Arts degree from an accredited college or university. Experience in and demonstrated general knowledge of all the arts (music, dance, theatre, and visual arts). In-depth training and knowledge of best business practices in marketing, publicity, and public relations procedures. Leadership experience with an arts organization, a college/university, or a producing agency-ability to collaborate successfully with the College of the Arts and all-university faculty/staff/students.
