Join the founding team of a VC-backed startup redefining the B2B technical support market. We're hiring our first GTM person. You'll work directly with the CEO to build how Hapiy goes to market — outbound, content, and the way we talk to customers. You'll figure out how to sell deeply technical AI into enterprise support orgs — a skeptical buyer where most AI demos collapse at the technical-depth bar.

The Team
You’ll join a founding team of ex-elite Israeli Intelligence alumni, led by a CEO (former Google PM, a decade in product) and a CTO with 15+ years as a founding engineer at multiple companies. We ship fast, we own our work, and we’re already working with large enterprises.

What You’ll Do

Build the outbound engine.

ICP, target accounts, multi‑channel sequences (email + LinkedIn). Live in Clay, Apollo, Smartlead (or your stack of choice). Use AI to do the work of a 5‑person SDR team.

Define how we sell.

Own positioning and messaging. Shape the deck, the website, the cold email — make them sound like the same company without sounding like the same sentence.

Get Hapiy known where it counts.

Build our presence with support engineers and the AI agent community. LinkedIn (with the CEO and under your own name), Reddit, the website. Run experiments, find what works, scale it.

Bring the market back to the team.

Sit in on every customer call. Turn what you hear into better messaging, better sales materials, and clear product feedback every week.

Who You Are

3‑5 years in B2B SaaS GTM.

You’ve built outbound that actually worked. You can show us the emails, the sequences, and the numbers.

Strong writer. A cold email, a LinkedIn post, and a sales deck don’t sound like the same thing in your hands.

AI‑native. You have opinions about what AI is good at in GTM and where it falls apart.

Bias to action. You’d rather ship a rough campaign on Tuesday than a polished one in three weeks.

Bonus: ex‑founder or employee #1‑20 at a startup. Active LinkedIn presence with a voice that’s recognizably yours.

The Offer

Compensation:

$110K–$140K base, depending on experience, plus founding‑team equity.
