We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The account manager role is critical to building relationships with clients, our team and representing the agency. Role Overview
As an Account Manager at RED66, you'll be our clients' primary point of contact, managing relationships, leading the marketing strategy, and ensuring all marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time with the support of the team of specialists in content, paid ads, social media, SEO, creative design and more. You will own that book of business for the clients you work with.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys working with people while wearing multiple hats, and has an almost excessive passion for marketing. This seat is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working collaboratively, while making a positive impact on others. You'll be at the heart of client interactions, building rapport and working with multiple teams and individuals. A genuine love for connecting with people and helping clients achieve their goals is essential for this role.

Our work focuses on developing marketing strategies for lead generation, understanding the buyer journey and ultimately impacting the clients' bottom line. This type of work incorporates strategic planning, SEO/SEM with evolving AI Visibility strategies, website UX/UI improvements, content marketing, social media, paid media, design projects or campaigns, and more. You’ll likely be involved in specialty design projects for campaign creation, graphic design, and collateral development as we are often the marketing team for clients we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, connected to their business goals

Research, compare, and direct informational and engaging content for clients

Plan, manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.

Lead project teams to achieve client deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights every month

Conduct regular (often monthly) client meetings and deliver performance reports (we use Agency Analytics to generate recurring reports). You deliver the insights.

Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to new business development

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution

Ensure time management and the client's scope of work are within the agreements(we use Harvest/Forecast for insights)

Qualifications

3-5years of experience in an agency setting preferred, leading your own accounts.

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful (digital) marketing strategies

Strong understanding of current marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including user journeys, UI/UX, paid ads, and more.

Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Harvest time tracking, SEMrush, Google Analytics, CRMs like HubSpot, etc.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations

Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a rapidly evolving digital landscape

Possess enthusiasm about marketing and supporting clients to be successful; we’re Marketing Nerds at heart

Ability to “Think Like a Customer” and develop marketing plans to attract new business for clients

Work independently and take the initiative to solve problems as they ariseLead, manage and hold other team members and subcontractors accountable for client deliverables

Accountabilities

Client KPIs hit, client retention and growth

Conduct all client/vendor contacts in a professional, highly ethical manner

Be proactive in continuous learning of marketing, web marketing, and digital work

Communicate directly and consistently with the team, including vendors and contractors, and

Utilize the project management system to create and assign tasks to yourself and other team members, keeping them on time and on schedule

Track and manage time and hours effectively to stay in scope
