React JS Lead Position

Charter Required Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES5/ES6) and React.js.
Proven experience leading development teams and managing project delivery.
Ability to guide team members on technical decisions and best practices.
Solid experience working in Agile methodologies and willingness to partially take on Scrum Master responsibilities.
Proficiency with browser developer tools and debugging tools.
Strong understanding and practical experience with REST APIs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly and effectively with clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Node.js and Express.js middleware.
Experience with end-to-end automated UI testing.
Familiarity with Mocha, Chai, WebDriverIO.
Experience building Single Page Applications using JavaScript.
