Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a
Sales Account Manager located in the DFW Metroplex . We're seeking experienced, successful sales originators with a strong hunter mentality and a proven ability to build relationships with middle-market companies, CFOs, vendors and private equity-backed businesses. Daily responsibilities include developing business opportunities, maintaining effective communication, and meeting sales targets while driving client success.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of business development or origination experience in equipment finance, leasing, or commercial finance
Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities to expand business
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset with a HUNTER Mindset
Ability to work on-site in DFW, with a collaborative approach to team goals
Experience in equipment financing or related fields is a plus, but not a requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
