Position Overview
Cumulus Media – Atlanta, GA – offers a fully remote (US-based) full-time Station Digital Ad Operations Manager position within the Corporate Digital Ad Ops team. The role requires an advertising professional experienced in campaign management and fulfillment, who will manage creation and implementation of campaigns across multiple local markets for owned or extended reach digital products. Responsibilities include campaign set-up, creative trafficking, best‑practice implementation, troubleshooting, optimization, inventory forecasting, and pre‑ and post‑sale reporting. The role reports directly to the Director of Station Digital Ad Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end campaign fulfillment for digital assets, including streaming, podcasting, and display campaigns.

Troubleshoot ad‑serving errors and reporting discrepancies.

Develop in-depth reports for pacing, inventory availability, and billing reconciliation.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with local market and corporate teams.

Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

Support local markets to follow best practices for campaign fulfillment and billing.

Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

1–2 years of ad operations or campaign fulfillment experience.

BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Understanding of digital ad products, measurement, and platforms.

Familiarity with ad‑serving platforms, including streaming and digital platforms such as Adswizz, Triton, Google Ad Manager, Omny Studio, Megaphone.

Experience implementing, testing, and QAing third‑party tags.

Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical aspects to cross‑functional teams.

Effective time management in a fast‑paced, deadline‑based environment.

Detail‑oriented, organized, able to multitask and prioritize.

Quick learner and self‑starter.

Comfort with reporting and data analysis.

Basic HTML knowledge.

Experience with queue management/ticketing systems.

Pay Range
USD $40,000.00 – USD $45,000.00 / Year
