Build strategic Creative Briefs that guide the development of innovative content across brands and campaigns.
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agency partners to concept and execute integrated marketing content.
Direct and support messaging development for both high‑production and low‑production video content.
Evolve and maintain copy standards, tone of voice guidelines, and brand style consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Edit, proofread, and fact‑check copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and adherence to AP style and company standards.
Mentor junior copywriting talent by providing coaching, constructive feedback, and creative guidance.
Continuously evaluate copy performance and apply a test‑and‑learn mindset to improve engagement, messaging effectiveness, and customer response.

10+ years of copywriting, content development, or brand storytelling experience in an in‑house creative team or agency environment.
Experience managing complex, high‑visibility creative projects across multiple marketing channels.
Background in retail, fashion, consumer products, or lifestyle branding preferred.
Experience writing for both print and digital marketing platforms, including SEO, social media, email, and product marketing.
Knowledge, Skills + Abilities
Exceptional storytelling, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills with expert‑level attention to detail.
Strong understanding of brand voice development, messaging hierarchy, and effective marketing communication strategies.
Ability to shift seamlessly between conceptual campaign writing and product‑focused selling copy.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced creative environment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities simultaneously.
Expert knowledge of AP style, grammar, punctuation, and copy formatting standards.
