Youll work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to convert large support and IT organizations into active Zight customers. Youll help these teams solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world with Request Video and our Smart AI Hub./ppZights Senior Account Executive will help prospects rethink what fast, high-quality support looks like. Youll show how capturing requesting customer context visually and processing it with AI leads to faster resolutions, lower support costs, and improved agent productivity. In this role, youll pair new logo acquisition with uncovering expansion paths and new market opportunities across the Zendesk and Intercom ecosystems./ppThis position reports directly to the CEO./ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliOwn a defined list of enterprise targets within our ICP and drive both new logo and land and expand opportunities/liliRun full cycle enterprise deals from first touch to close:/liulliBuild and execute outbound sequences across email, phone, social, and video/liliLead structured discovery to quantify current pains and map Zight to business outcomes/liliCoordinate with Product for tailored demos and technical validation/liliNavigate security, legal, and procurement, including InfoSec reviews and MSAs/liliNegotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities to signed agreements/li/ulliSell outcomes, not features, including faster resolution times, lower support costs, higher CSAT, and better agent productivity using Request Video and Smart AI Hub/liliBuild strategic account plans and multi thread into support, IT, operations, and finance leadership/liliMaintain an accurate 3x pipeline and forecast, with clean CRM hygiene and clear next steps on every deal/liliBe a power user of Zight in your own selling motion and capture feedback from prospects and customers to inform product and messaging/liliPartner with Marketing on campaigns, content, and events tailored to Zendesk and Intercom ecosystems/liliHelp define and refine playbooks, talk tracks, and process for the broader enterprise sales engine as we scale/li/ulh3What You Will Bring/h3ulli5 to 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience/liliProven success managing and closing complex, multi stakeholder deals that involve support and IT leadership, security, and procurement/liliExperience selling into or alongside Zendesk and or Intercom is strongly preferred, prior experience at those companies is a plus/liliSelf directed and comfortable operating as a builder, not only an operator, including shaping territory strategy, messaging, and process/liliPreferred expertise in SaaS Sales/li/ulpWe are a distributed team that values ownership, direct communication, and thoughtful work.
