If you are a leader who thrives in a quality-focused environment and enjoys mentoring a diverse workforce, this is an ideal place to grow your career./ph3What You Will Be Doing/h3ulliLeading, mentoring, and motivating a production team, including managing shift schedules and daily work assignments/liliStrategically coordinating material flow and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet daily output targets/liliChampioning a culture of excellence by upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring 100% compliance with food safety protocols/liliInitiating and implementing continuous improvement projects to enhance operational procedures and equipment effectiveness/liliServing as a key liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and handoffs across shifts/liliUpholding and enforcing all plant safety regulations to maintain a zero-incident work environment/liliManaging conflict resolution and performance documentation within a professional manufacturing setting/li/ulh3What We Are Looking For/h3ulliLeadership Mastery: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within food production or a similarly highly-regulated industry/liliOperational Skills: High organizational aptitude with the ability to manage complex scheduling and material flow in a fast-paced setting/liliCommunication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of motivating and directing a production team/liliUnion Experience: Prior experience working within a unionized environment is a significant plus/liliTechnical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation/liliStability: A rock-solid work history that demonstrates reliability and professional commitment/liliRequirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a 45-minute drive of the Jefferson area/li/ul/div
