Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

Albertsons Companies is one of the largest food and drug retailers with 2,300+ stores. The Digital Marketing team has an opening for a temporary contracted program/project manager to support the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) team. The program manager will support either all Retention Marketing & Evergreen Loyalty Initiative marketing execution or all digital innovation and Ecommerce marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive executional excellence by supporting the marketing managers leading Retention Marketing / Digital Engagement (Innovation and Ecommerce) Managers
Writing briefs and following the process to share with creative, marketing channel partners, uploading to Sprinklr and other project and management systems, and assisting with questions regarding briefs.
Ensuring everything is documented in a calendar and is done on time. Ex: Scheduling deploy dates, launch calendar, work back coordination with creative and other channel teams, for large email programs intake management help with business units.
Coordinating execution details across various teams & QA and track details of execution is on brief and flag for quality: For example QA every creative / channel asset and ensure quality against brief, Review targeting details to make sure it adheres to brief, and ensuring that due dates for feedback and delivery are adhered to.
Document accomplishments and assist in creating communications on what we are activating (putting together decks on creative and tactics, etc.) as needed by marketing managers
Help own smaller campaigns and executions with business units and coordinate execution with cross functional marketing teams. Some example campaigns: Monthly / Quarterly standard campaigns – Newsletter, Rewards reminder, Fuel Rewards Weekly standard Campaigns – coordinate content intake for the weekly email, ensure weekly "rinse and repeat" campaigns are executed with excellence
Provide marketing manager coverage on marketing planning as needed: During planned leave / absences, provide coverage on key initiatives from planning to execution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project or program management for marketing function, executing marketing tactics spanning many marketing channels (email, mobile, site, paid social, display, organic social)
Marketing experience is a must. Retail / ecommerce / retention marketing experience is valued but not required.
