Digital Marketplace Advisor
Our client, a luxury timepiece and jewelry brand, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketplace Advisor to manage and grow their e-commerce sales channels, including platforms such as Chrono24 and eBay. This individual will engage directly with online clients, respond to inquiries, recommend products tailored to client needs, and drive conversions across digital platforms. The role is primarily focused on online sales, with secondary responsibilities supporting the sales floor when needed. This position is ideal for a proactive, digitally fluent sales professional with strong closing skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences in a performance-driven environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and drive performance across the company's e-commerce platforms, including Chrono24 and eBay.
Serve as the primary point of contact for digital client inquiries, asking thoughtful questions to understand needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Deliver an elevated, luxury-level client experience in line with brand values and service standards.
Maintain deep product knowledge and educate clients on features, benefits, and purchasing options.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, guiding clients toward suitable products.
Maintain consistent management of daily digital communications, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
Occasionally provide backup support for in-store sales activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior high-end e-commerce sales experience, preferably in luxury watches, fine jewelry, or comparable industries.
Demonstrated success engaging and converting clients through digital platforms such as Chrono24 and eBay.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with flexibility to respond to client needs during off-hours when required.
Commitment to ongoing product knowledge and industry learning.
Technical proficiency across multiple systems in a fast-paced digital sales environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and high-touch client service skills, with discretion and professionalism in sensitive situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with polished grammar and client-appropriate messaging.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Compensation:
Base salary: $50,000
$65,000 annually, plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings (base + commission): $75,000
$100,000+, with uncapped upside.
