Marketing Lead

Role Types- Part-time with a chance at Full-Time
Overview: The Marketing Lead will work directly with the Franchise Owner on a marketing and social media strategy that fits within the Mission and Vision of Chick-fil-A Michigan City. This person will work directly with our social media partners in organizing and preparing social media content that align with brand standards but remain relevant to our followers and helps drive in sales. The role will also be asked to perform tasks of a normal Front of House Team member (taking orders, running food, etc.)
Main Responsibilities
Perform usual Front of House duties when asked
Order Taking, Serving Food, Wiping Tables, Sweeping, etc.
Meeting with Franchise Owner once a month to ensure alignment on Social Media and Marketing goals
Work with Social Media Management Company (Kohler Solutions)
Plan and gather social media content
Communicate special events
Help with Catering Orders if able/available
Optional/Additional Responsibilities
Planning and Executing Events in Restaurant
Planning and Executing Community Events
Preparing, putting together, & delivering catering orders
Work with catering team and restaurant leadership to ensure orders are accurate and leave on time, everytime
Oversee Donations and Community Partnerships
Grow Sales through a variety of avenues and community/business engagements
Hours: 15-25 hours per week. We are flexible on when those hours are
