Sales Manager

The salary range for this role is $12.75 - $13.50 per hour/annually. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Responsibilities

Generate leads and close agreements
Process renewal payments
Maintain showroom floors and merchandise
Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships
Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies
Assist the General Manager with operational functions
Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills
Leadership skills
Aptitude for marketing
Desire to make a difference for customers
Age: 21 (or 18 in Canada)
HS diploma or equivalent preferred
Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
Valid state driver’s license and meet DOT requirements (U.S.)
Flexible schedule 8 am - 9 pm
Able to lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly safely (training provided)
