In this role, you will help create a positive experience for customers by assisting with product questions, processing orders, and resolving concerns across phone, email, and social media platforms.

What You'll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Provide product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs
Process orders and update customer account information
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes
Assist with account adjustments and billing inquiries
Track customer interactions and prepare daily reports
Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service or support experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Comfortable managing communication across multiple channels
Interest or experience in the beauty industry is a plus
