MARKETING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY!!!

5-7 years of B2B marketing experience
Must have experience in MedTech or Capital Equipment. Experience in Channel/Distributor marketing is highly preferred
Proven ability to translate complex clinical/scientific data into compelling commercial value propositions
Full understanding of how to market through distribution and direct sales channels
Advanced analytical skills with CRM (HubSpot) and ERP integration
Proficient in leveraging AI platforms for workflow optimization and content scaling
As well as Proficient with creative software, such as Photoshop, Monday.com, Trello, Illustrator, PowerPoint, etc.
Superior presentation skills with the ability to influence at the Executive Committee level
A key decision-making skill that will streamline projects from start to finish
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable leading in an "empowered" environment with limited supervision
Prior experience working closely with Sales to support lead generation, pipeline development, or sales enablement
Experience collaborating with teams and operational leadership
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Demonstrated ability to work both strategically and hands-on, moving from planning to execution
Previous experience supervising staff and providing day-to-day direction to vendors, agencies, or cross-functional teams required
Ability to function effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
Exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%) to support trade shows and site visits
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and standard office equipmenT
Correctable vision and hearing sufficient to perform job duties
