Description:

Burlington Township School District is seeking a director who will be responsible for designing, teaching and executing the show for the marching season. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of marching band instruction including drill writing, drill teaching, music arranging, marching instruction/techniques and percussion instruction. Attendance at all football games as scheduled by the Athletic Director is mandatory. Additional rehearsals may be necessary to prepare for community events including parades. The band will be expected to perform a field show at all home football games, pep rallies, community events and play-off games.

Job Requirements:
Experience preferred
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Highly organized and motivated. Self-starter. Ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and demonstrate flexibility.
Required criminal history background check, proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
