We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Creative Director in Davie, Florida, United States. This role will involve formulating and managing the creative vision for our marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and creative projects. You will be expected to lead a team, generate innovative concepts, and oversee all creative output.
Responsibilities
Formulate and manage the creative vision and strategy for our marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and creative projects.
Generate innovative concepts and ideas for advertising, branding, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
Oversee creative projects from inception to completion, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, setting timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Lead and inspire the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance, and develop training plans to keep the creative team up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the brand’s identity and values, and aligns with our overall brand strategy.
Provide artistic direction for visual and written content, including advertising, digital media, print materials, and multimedia projects.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, present creative ideas, and incorporate feedback into the creative process.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations, and apply this knowledge to create relevant creative solutions.
Conduct research and stay informed about new or updated software and tools relevant to the department.
Oversee the budget for creative projects, managing costs and ensuring projects are completed within budget constraints.
Ensure the highest quality of creative output by reviewing designs, copy, and other materials, and implementing quality assurance processes.
Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Supervise the execution of creative campaigns, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of creative work into broader marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in the role of a Creative Director or similar senior‑level creative position.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is required.
Knowledge of database management is mandatory.
Proven experience in creating effective advertisements and raising brand awareness.
Demonstrated success in campaign planning and execution.
Should possess experience in collateral management.
Experience in developing and maintaining a corporate identity is necessary.
Ability to lead and inspire a team of creative individuals.
Strong decision‑making skills and an understanding of the market and customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A degree in design, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
