Community and Channel Strategy Manager

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community and Channel Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that fosters authentic user interactions.
Key responsibilities

Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining effective posting and interaction strategies
Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
Experience building and managing online communities, particularly on platforms like Reddit and TikTok
Strategic mindset focused on long-term organic trust and engagement
