Key responsibilities
Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community channels
Develop a strategic playbook for engagement in various online communities
Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
Proven ability to make complex topics relatable and engaging
Experience in building and nurturing online communities
