Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community channels
Develop a playbook for engagement strategies tailored to each platform
Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to assess impact
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media
Familiarity with fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing regulated categories
Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy
Proven ability to create relatable content in complex subjects
