Community Strategy Manager

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that fosters authentic interactions with users.
Key responsibilities

Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
Develop a playbook for community engagement that outlines posting strategies and engagement tactics
Measure community sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation to assess impact

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
Experience building systems to foster community engagement rather than relying solely on trends
Ability to write authentically and connect with users across various platforms
