To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing strategies for authentic user interaction.
Key responsibilities

Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining best practices for posting and responding
Measure community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
Strong understanding of SEO and how large language models cite sources
Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" or "stressful" categories
Experience building systems and strategies for community engagement
A genuine, relatable writing style that resonates across social media platforms
