Community Strategy Manager

To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that fosters authentic user interactions.
Key responsibilities

Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining optimal posting and interaction strategies
Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic to inform strategy

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
Experience in building systems for community engagement rather than relying solely on trends
A genuine, conversational writing style that resonates with online communities
