To enhance community engagement, the full-time remote Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing a comprehensive content and engagement strategy that maintains authenticity.
Key responsibilities

Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key community channels
Develop a playbook for effective engagement strategies tailored to each platform
Measure and analyze key metrics such as sentiment and referral traffic to gauge community impact

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
Strong understanding of SEO and content strategies that resonate with target audiences
Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
Experience in building and nurturing online communities
A strategic mindset focused on long-term organic trust over quick wins
