Customer Service Representative (English or Bilingual)
Location : On-site in Ocala, FL
Pay : $16-$18/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Training Starts:
Monday June 1, 2026
Requirements:
• Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual is a plus
• 1+ years of call center experience minimum
• Experience using CRM tools (must have basic CRM knowledge of 1-2 platforms)
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls & comfortable with math
• Must pass drug screening and background checks
What You'll Do:
• Handle heavy inbound calls and make some outbound reminder calls
• Assist borrowers and verify account information
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
• Deliver scripts and follow call protocols
