Relationship Manager
San Francisco, CA. Salary range: $104,061.00 To $150,888.00 annually. Eligible for an annual bonus.

SUMMARY
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of Commercial clients and developing strong commercial relationships that lead to commercial and industrial loans, deposits, and other banking products. The role supports Center sales and service efforts to retain existing relationships and grow new ones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and federal and state laws.

Participate in Center functions to contribute to earnings and growth objectives; engage in community and civic activities within the service area.

Assist in managing the Center budget to meet deposit, loan, and net income goals.

Ensure proper implementation and adherence to Bank operating and lending policies and procedures.

Support audit procedures and CRA policies within the Center and its service area.

Maintain and grow the Center’s sales and service efforts to retain and acquire relationships.

Manage personal sales efforts to meet Center goals.

Commit to teamwork and deliver the Citizens Experience Customer Service.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Four-year college or university program degree; or three to five years of Commercial Banking experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.

MATH MAKING ABILITIES
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions and to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to talk or hear; use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, and telephone; occasionally stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Noise level is usually moderate.
